Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict specifications. Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being sent out. Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us, since we have multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also still be in its original packaging.
