The luminosity of its amber color. The pungent, almond-shaped and persistent aroma. The palate is slightly sweet, refined, with a certain dry age: characteristics of an exceptional amontillado.
Amber in colour, with nutty aromas. Smooth and dry in flavour. The ageing is partly biological (under the layer of yeast) and partly oxidative, both in American oak cask following the traditional methods of Jerez.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual stock can change at any moment. Please be aware that it's possible that your order could run out of stock even after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
